Generate backend code from the contract

Generates backend code from the contract.

Subcommands

backend

Express.js or Hono router stubs with Zod validation.

Usage

bazable gen backend [options]

Options

-f, --framework · string

Target framework. One of express or hono.

-o, --output · string

Output directory for generated files.

-v, --no-validation · boolean

Skip Zod validation schemas.

--postman · boolean

Also generate a Postman collection (postman_collection.json) from the contract next to the router stubs.

--test · boolean

Print instructions to run Newman against the generated stub server. Requires --postman.
